# Troubleshooting

### Overwatch keeps crashing 

* Disable your anti-virus software. Sometimes it can conflict and try to remove Lexis from your system causing a crash.
* Delete any `%APPDATA%/LEX_x` files
* Delete the `%USERPROFILE%/Lexis` folder
* Verify game files.
