Troubleshooting Guide

Troubleshooting Login Issues for Loader

If you're encountering difficulties while attempting to log into your account on our loader, review the following suggestions:

Double-check Your Username and Password

Ensure that you have entered the correct login credentials. Please verify that you are using your forum login information specifically for the loader, and not login details from other sources.

Be Cautious of Extra Spaces

If you are copying and pasting your username and password, please ensure that there are no spaces before or after your login credentials. Even a small space can cause authentication issues.

Test Login on the Forum

To further isolate the issue, we recommend trying to log into the forum using the same login method you are using for the loader. If you can successfully log into the forum, it suggests that there may be another underlying issue that requires troubleshooting.

Unsupported Third-Party Mods

Using any sort of third-party mods that use Script Hook bypass are not supported. They may potentially work, but the support team will not help you should any issues arise concerning those mods (e.g., OpenIV.asi, dsound.dll, dinput8.dll, Menyoo).

Loader Turns White and Closes

Make sure you don’t have any third-party antivirus software running, and ensure that Windows Defender is OFF and an exclusion has been made. If these fixes don't work, try deleting your Rebound folder located in Documents > Rebound.

Common Error Messages and Fixes

Couldn’t Activate

"Sorry, your key couldn’t be activated. It is probably invalid, hasn't been pasted correctly, or has already been taken."

  • Username/Password incorrect: Reset your password.

  • Ensure the key is in XXXXX-XXXXX format, with no extra spaces at the end. Delete the “\” and quotes; keep the dashes. The loader automatically filters inconsistencies out.

Error While Downloading/Injecting the Menu

"There was an error while downloading/injecting the menu. Please contact support and update the loader."

  • Redownload the loader.

  • Uninstall third-party antivirus.

  • Additional fixes include unlinking and uninstalling OneDrive, or making a new Windows user.

Can't Find a Full Session?

  • Check network settings, then go into info spoofer and enable it for your region.

  • Go into streamer mode, click "Find new session" and you should be able to load into full games now.

Map Display Issues

If the map on the info section is a bunch of symbols/icons, this is due to your GTA graphic settings being too low. Try increasing the texture quality.

Transparent Menu Theme

If all aspects of the menu’s theme have become transparent, this indicates a corrupted DLL. Delete the Rebound folder and loader, turn off any antivirus software, uninstall OneDrive, and repeat the previous steps.

Black Screen After Injecting Menu

  • In your GTA settings, turn “Pause on Focus Loss” OFF and use Windowed Borderless.

Crashing When Injecting Menu

If users face an issue when injecting the menu, specifically crashing shortly after finding the pattern:

  • Delete your Memory Cache folder located within the Rebound folder in your Documents folder: C:\Users\name\Documents\Rebound\Memory Cache.

Loader Turns White and Closes Repeatedly

Possible causes of this include antivirus software or corrupted files. The most common fix is to delete your Rebound folder (Documents > Rebound).

Error Moving Loader Out of ZIP

If you encounter the error “Windows cannot complete the extraction” when trying to move the loader out of the ZIP:

  • Install WinRAR or 7-Zip.

  • For 7-Zip: Once installed, move the ZIP file to your desktop, right-click it, and select 7-Zip > Extract Here.

  • For WinRAR: Once installed, move the ZIP file to your desktop, right-click it, and select WinRAR > Extract Here.
