Menu not showing

Make sure you've disabled every single overlay that runs on the game, this includes:

  • Steam Overlay

  • Discord Overlay

  • EA Play Overlay

It's telling me to disable fastboot

Disabling fast boot

  1. Open the "Registry Editor" by pressing the Windows key and typing "regedit" (without the quotation marks). Select "Registry Editor" from the search results.

  2. In the Registry Editor, paste the following path into the search bar at the top: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power

  3. Press Enter or click on the search icon to navigate to the specified registry key.

  4. Within the registry key, locate the entry named HiberbootEnabled.

  5. Double-click on HiberbootEnabled to modify its value.

  6. In the Value Data field, change the value to "0" (zero) to disable fast boot.

  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

  8. Restart your computer to apply the new registry setting.

After following these steps, fast boot will be disabled in your registry, and you should be able to load Apex Legends without encountering any further issues.
